Zone de Texte: GENERAL INFORMATION ACCOMODATION All the participants will be lodged at the same place. it’s a agreeable and green place at the center of the city of Ouagadougou. It’s a catholic religious center. All the activities during the congress will be there. The rooms are quite good and comfortable. The cost of the rooms are : The deadline to choose a room is July 31st, 2008 MEALS At the catholic center the cost of meal are : Breakfast : 800 to 1500 CFA (1,2 euro to 2,3 euro) Lunch : 2500 CFA (3,8 euro) Dinner : 2500 CFA (3,8 euro) Local currency is F CFA (that means Francs African financial community). There is a fixed rate between F CFA and Euro. 1 Euro = 655,957 F CFA REGISTER FEES Foreigner (delegates coming out of Africa) Congress fees : Minimum fee 50 euro Support fee 100 euro Gala dinner : 15 euro Congress fee includ : Tee shirt Bag and congress documents Meals and break tea during the congress African Congress fee : 10.000 FCFA (15,24 euro) Dinner gala : 5000 FCFA (7,6 euro) Congress fee includ : Tee shirt Bag and congress documents Meals and break tea during the congress Social Program : Visit to the village of Laoungo famous for its sculptures on the rock: 7.500 F CFA (12 Euro) (Transportation + entry) Visit to Bazoule village famous for its Lake and crocodiles : 7.500 F CFA (12 Euro) (Transportation + entry) Local visit at the city of Ouagadougou : Visit to SIAO village. The venue hosting the International Show of African handicraft of Ouagadougou. Visit of the national museum important African are invited to register. October is a month during the which there are many events in Burkina Faso. We have the SIAO (The venue hosting the International Show of African handicraft of Ouagadougou) The famous African cyclist tour called Tour du Faso. Many persons come from abroad and there for planes are full at this period. VISA Delegates from Countries where there is no an embassy of Burkina Faso could get their visa once arrived at the international airport of Ouagadougou. We will need a copy of your passport in order to apply for your visa. Visa fees is : 10000 FCFA (15,24 euro) . the visa is delivered for at least a stay of 3 month Once filled the register form, we will send you the official letter of invitation. We will need information related to your plane ; date of arrival and departure. Noticed that people from West Africa countries will not need a visa for their stay in Burkina Faso.
